Ok so this is why I should keep to running and weights, I went to my martial arts class, and I pulled my hamstring I am so not coordinated to do stuff like that and I pushed it to far like I always do first day doing something. So now I am on the couch with a heating pad and I took some pain medicine that I can’t feel, auch it hurts.
